Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Marketing Academy courses are sold as 12-month annual access subscriptions.

• each subscription grants access to a single course for 12 months
• billing renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date
• the renewal charge uses the annual price shown at the time of renewal
• we send a renewal reminder approximately 3 weeks before renewal

You will receive a renewal reminder approximately 3 weeks (21 days) before your annual renewal date. The reminder includes a link to manage or cancel your subscription.

Marketing and newsletter emails are separate from these billing emails.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid access period — you keep access to the course until the paid period ends.

To cancel, you can:

• use the manage subscription button on your Account page (opens Stripe's Customer Portal)
• email us at mail@mayventa.com.au and we will action the cancellation for you

We do not use retention pop-ups, hidden cancellation flows or other dark patterns.

After cancellation:

• you retain access to the course until the end of the current paid period
• your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made
• after the paid period ends, unfinished lessons and resources become locked
• certificates you already earned during active access remain available as a record of completion

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically for a short grace period. During this time your access continues. If payment is not successfully collected after those retries, your subscription is marked as unpaid or cancelled and access ends at (or before) the end of your paid period.

There is no bundle subscription at this stage. Each course is a separate 12-month subscription. A subscription for one course does not grant access to another.

Manual admin grants and test access codes do not create a Stripe subscription and are not billed. They may have their own expiry set by an administrator.

Cancelling stops future renewals but is not itself a refund. If you believe there is a problem with a payment, see our Refund Policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
